The first thing we learned in this unit were Letters. With this we learned the difference between a Business Letter and a Personal Business Letter. We also learned how to correctly format letters in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

The next thing we learned were Reports. We learned how to properly format a MLA style report in Microsoft Word. Another thing we learned was how to insert citations and create a work cited page using the reference tab.
Tables

The third thing we learned in this unit were Tables. In this, we learned how to properly insert and format a table. We also learned how to organize information in a table format.
Lists

The next thing we learned were how to create Lists. Basically, we learned how to do organized and unorganized lists. An organized list is numbered list.
Inserting Images and Shapes
Another thing we learned were Inserting Images and Shapes. We learned how to find images on the internet and insert them into a Word document. Another thing we learned to do is to search for images in clipart using Word. We also learned how to resize, crop, and add effects to images. Something else we learned is how to create and format shapes. Another thing we learned is how to make a flyer that really catches people's attention.
